CoDine Trust & Financial Architecture

100% Escrow Protection & Didit Trust Protocol

How CoDine protects private diners, event planners, and venue hosts across the United States through automated escrow and decentralized entity verification.

1

Escrow Deposit Authorization

When you reserve a private room or rooftop, your deposit (20–30%) is locked in an immutable escrow contract. Funds are untouched until your dining event.

2

QR Check-In Verification

Upon arrival at the venue, present your reservation QR code. The host validates your party, confirming space readiness and menu service.

3

Automated Settlement Payout

Following successful check-in, escrow funds release instantly to the host's verified US bank account. Zero payment friction for either party.

Didit Identity & Business Verification (KYC / KYB)

Voluntary Trust Layer for Premier US Venues

For Incorporated Venues & Restaurant Groups

Venues that complete Didit KYB undergo business registry verification (EIN, corporate standing, and principal ID validation). In return, they unlock the coveted green Didit Shield and receive a +100 priority boost on marketplace searches.

For Boutique & Un-incorporated Hosts

We never penalize unique subterranean speakeasies, private chefs, or boutique spaces that are not incorporated. Verification is strictly optional, and un-verified hosts can still host and build organic reputation through stellar 5-star diner reviews.

Cancellation Policy
  • •72+ Hours Notice: 100% full refund of your escrow deposit returned to original payment method.
  • •Under 72 Hours: 50% refund; remainder disbursed to host to compensate for kitchen food prep and reserved staffing.

Dispute Mediation Protocol

In the rare event of a space mismatch, closure, or severe culinary discrepancy, CoDine provides dedicated human dispute mediation.

Dispute Escrow Freeze:
When a dispute is flagged within 2 hours of check-in, payout funds are instantly frozen in escrow until photo evidence and statements are reviewed.
